How to Register
The registration process may be completed on the website. Sign up here for architect registration. Registrants may then proceed to enter the Web Exhibition.
- Entrants can change the photos they have posted by accessing from My Page at anytime.
- Entrants can access more information on system updatesand other important items on the announcement board (BBS) found on their My Page.
- Once you press the button "Exhibit / Close", your uploaded data will be shown on Exhibitors page.
- You will receive an automatic alert notification when you upload a photo of a size other than the recommended size, although entries with an irregular sized photo will be accepted. Please note that an irregular sized photo entered in the Panel Exhibition may be reproduced in low picture quality. The Executive Committee will not be responsible for the output quality of any photo uploaded by entrants.

How to Enter
Access our website and enter your ID (email address) and password to open My Page, an exclusive page for entrants.
- Upload a photo of your work : required
Uploading is limited to one photo per work.
Recommend photo style
Size: The minimum image size is 2200 x 2200 pixels (281x281 mm at 200dpi).
Type: The images must be low-compression, high quality in jpeg format. RGB is recommended although CMYK is accepted.
You will receive an automatic alert notification when you upload a photo of size other than the recommended size, although entry with an irregular sized photo is accepted. Post a copyright-free photo that the organizer can use on the website and/or poster panels without displaying the photo copyright credit.
